LumaLoop is fully self-contained. Most issues can be resolved with the steps below.

How do I play?

Tap near a group of lights. The nearest light chooses the chain color, and matching neighbors awaken one another. Chains of five or more restore ripple energy.

How is progress saved?

Best scores, XP, settings, and onboarding status are saved locally on your iPhone using Apple system storage. LumaLoop has no account or cloud service.

Why is Rush locked?

Rush unlocks at 300 XP. Complete Flow or Zen runs to earn XP, then return to the mode screen.

How do I disable sound or haptics?

Open Settings from the top-right of the mode screen. Sound, haptics, and reduced-motion controls are independent.

Can I reset my progress?

Open Settings, choose Reset scores and XP, and confirm. This action cannot be undone.

Data collection

LumaLoop does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, accounts, third-party SDKs, or in-app purchases.

Local data

Game scores, XP, unlocked modes, onboarding status, and sound, haptic, and motion preferences are stored only in the app container on your device. You can reset scores and XP inside Settings. Removing the app removes its local data.

Network access

Gameplay works offline. The app does not require or initiate network communication. This support website does not include analytics, cookies, forms, or advertising.

Children

Because no personal data is collected, LumaLoop does not knowingly collect information from children or any other user.

Changes

If LumaLoop's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed version is released.
